It is able to be used from birth with the infant car seat adapter, and provides a decent amount of shade thanks to its canopy (though not as much as the Nuna TRVL or Uppababy Minu V2). The only drawback for certain parents is that they feel the design uninspiring and utilitarian.

This stroller is brimming with features and is available at a reasonable price. It was awarded a higher score in our review of maneuverability than other models with similar specs, and it's a great choice for smooth paved surfaces. It also comes with a great canopy and plenty of storage including a large tray for parents. The handlebar is smaller than the average, and the front wheel suspension is more rigid, but it is still suitable for adults.
